To help the JET community in Hiroshima stay connected.
To connect with other AJET branches in surrounding prefectures.

When I’m not absolutely crushing it as an ALT, throwing massive house parties with bespoke dance numbers, or running a three minute mile, you can find me watching video essays, swimming at the beach, or running from the law. Born in Edmonton, Canada, raised in Southeast Asia.
Prior to Japan, I spent the majority of my life growing up in the tropics of Southeast Asia. I’m a Seiyuu (voice actor) fanatic so I spend my free time binging on anime and gushing over my oshi seiyuus and characters. I enjoy skincare (esp K-beauty & J-beauty), going to concerts, cafe-hopping and gaming especially Twisted Wonderland, Pokemon, etc. Oh, and I have an ever-growing collection of Oshawotts for my army.

Currently in the role of Travel Agent Assistant for the AJET 2023-24 Team. In my free time, I enjoy sending Pikmin on little side quests of collecting fruit and defeating monsters while my real life rots with dysfunction. Every once in a while, I’ll enjoy camping under the stars on Miyajima Island, fire skewers always in hand to (1) roast marshmallows and (2) defend the campsite against the gentle yet vicious sika deer.

Hi! I’m Sidney and I am the current supply manager for AJET. You can catch me playing Overwatch or watching bad movies. Currently, I have been getting into bowling and mahjong so hit me up if you ever want to play! I like to go camping and tell scary stories over the fire when I can convince friends to join me.

Currently serving the role of treasurer and sharing secretarial duties, I also help organize the events with the rest of the team. In my spare time, I enjoy biking, spending summer days on the beach, swimming, or exploring Japan’s hidden gems. I recommend biking on the Shiminami Kaido if you get the chance!
